As usual the next Farmers Market will be held on the 2nd Saturday,
14th Febuary 2012, from 9.30 to 12.30 in the Cattle Market, Market Street Hailsham. There is lots of free parking on site, and the Market Cafe will be open from 8.00am, selling hot and cold food, plus drinks.
There will be plenty of seasonal food on offer including fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, homemade jams, pickles, cakes, bread, free range eggs, apple juice, honey plus it's wax products. There will also be a large variety of plants and herbs available for purchase.
